There are unique intellectual property ownership and licensing issues that arise out of federally funded projects. Cahn & Samuels has attorneys with experience in evaluating intellectual property impacting provisions of funding agreements and CRADAs and providing opinions of counsel on the effects of federal funding agreements and CRADAs on the intellectual property rights of federal funds recipients and CRADA partners.
